Why is space black?
When we try to understand space, one question is why is the space black? Our sun is a star that alone illuminates our day with its bright and charming colors. As we also know that there are countless other bright suns (stars) in the universe like our sun, it means that our space should also be bright and shiny. But when we look at the pictures on the Internet, we are surprised that even though there are many bright bodies, the space seems dark to us. In other words, it looks completely dark like night time with which we wonder why it is dark?
Before this, we should know why there is not so much light on earth? And the answer to this question lies in the Earth’s atmosphere. It is made up of gases, water vapor, and dust molecules. So when the light from the sun hits these bodies, it splits into different colors and travels in different directions, resulting in the blue sky and beautiful shadows at sunrise and sunset.
